| Q1: Are you factory or company? A1: We are factory, so we have competitive price.
Q2: What is your production lead time? A2: Usually about 5-7 days.
Q3: How much discount can I get? A3: Larger quantity you order, the more discount you will get. But if you only order 1 or 2 pieces, sorry that we can not give you discount. But when bulk order, we can return the sample pro- duct cost to you for free.
Q4: How do you do OEM or ODM service? A4: Customer’s logo can be embossed on our case. But you need to send us the logo in AI or Cdr or PSD format. We will ask our designer to make a drawing for you to have a check how it looks on our case.
Q5: How does it work for sample? What is the cost of sampling? A5: For samples, it usually takes 2-3 days.
