A: We are manufacturer. All parts are not for sell on line, custom by your drawings or samples only.
Q: What kinds of drawing format you receive?
A: CAD / PDF/ DWG/ IGS/ STEP.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: After confirming the order, will take about 20-25 days to machining and deliver, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample, but we can discuss with you of the sample cost and freight.
Remarks: We are willing to provide LONG-DISTANCE AFTER-SALES SERVICE SUPPORT if you get any problems after picking up the good. We can also send products through DHL, FedEx or UPS if the quantity is not large. Picture-7 shows some detailed information about package and transport.
